Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Why Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Practicing jiu-jitsu brings children not only physical activity, but also a healthy and active lifestyle. It helps them get to know their own body and mind, improve their condition and increase their self-confidence. No-strike training allows you to practice at full speed and intensity, which promotes healthy competition and teamwork. Children learn to manage problematic situations and acquire the ability to relax. Training sessions include conditioning, technique drills, grappling drills and full-on matches, creating a motivating and stimulating environment.
