  • What happens if I reserve a spot but don’t show up?
    If you reserve a spot and don’t cancel in time, you will be charged a 10€ fee, even if you use a MultiSport card.
  • How much notice do I need to give to cancel a reservation?
    For evening classes: Cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts. For morning classes: Cancel by 20:00 the night before.
  • Why is there a cancellation fee?
    We charge the fee to keep things fair for everyone and ensure others have the opportunity to join if a spot becomes available.
  • What should I do if my plans change?
    Simply let us know within the cancellation window, and there won’t be any charges. We understand plans can change, and we appreciate your cooperation!
